Digitalization has become increasingly integrated into healthcare. Digitalisation has begun with the introduction of Western computers in the 1980's. Digitalisation alone does not require new learning and the introduction of internalized knowledge, but also an ever-changing world. As with other services, healthcare is also required to develop and keep up-to-date. This puts pressure on, and the ability to change, service providers and its staff, which is why the importance of leadership in knowledge is growing and requires more attention. At the turn of the year 2016/2017, Tullkulma's Occupational Health Service has introduced an electronic pre-information health checklist. Through preliminary screening, information is provided, among other things, on the clients' health needs and the possible associated management needs, such as asthma, diabetes, mental health, memory, intoxicants, nutrition, cardiovascular diseases, musculoskeletal disorders and sleep.

The purpose of the thesis is to provide information on topics of interest to health care professionals who are interested in occupational health care so that the motivation and knowledge of occupational health nurses can be utilized in customer guidance. The aim is to respond to these emerging training needs and to find out about their interest, skills and willingness to learn more about various health-promoting training topics for occupational health nurses. For each of the nine themes, an interested occupational therapist was found. The greatest interest was the nutrition, least memory, and musculoskeletal disorders.
