The project was to investigate customer satisfaction among agricultural customers of Agrimarket in Somero. The aim was to determine the overall customer satisfaction as well as areas with gaps in services. The project was given by market manager Henri Sarvi.

The survey was conducted by mail in the spring of 2012. Surveys were sent to all Somero Agrimarket’s agricultural side of the customers. Total amount of 367 surveys were sent of which 63 responded. The questions could be answered anonymously, or with the name. Among the respondents with name, a customer journey was raffled.

In the frame of the reference, there is a brief report on the history of the agricultural cooperative shop in Somero, as well as its present day situation. It also contains general description of various stages of the market research.

The results show Somero Agrimarket customers to be quite satisfied with the services. The survey also provided important information about the direction in which the marketing should be developed.
