The purpose of the thesis was to create a new presentations film DVD to replace the old VHS version for Naisten Valmiusliitto ry. The aim was to create four presentation films designed for different uses. The first was meant to work as a presentation film shown publicly in the Internet. The second and the third were meant to demonstrate the association’s members and activities during meetings. The final was meant to run in the background during seminars to demonstrate the association’s members and activities.

In the theoretical frame of reference, the execution of the work is presented along with the used equipment and software.

The film material used was recorded during a three day lasting training event in April 2011. The development into the working DVD was executed during the same summer. Fifty of the DVD copies was created to be distributed by Naisten Valmiusliitto ry.

The result of the work was that one person wasn’t enough to make the perfect working result. The result of the work could have been more flawless, more comprehensive and more consistent if it were done by multiple people.
