This thesis has been the research and development task related to law firm marketing. Commissioned by Forive Law Ltd, which provides legal acts and collection services for corporate and private customers. The study and development focus is on the company's marketing activities. In addition, it has been examined what has been used in marketing, the means and channels.

The thesis is limited in time for the 2011 baseline analysis of the situation of the end of 2014. Time period is limited to the time when the author of the thesis has started working in company and acted on marketing tasks. Research and development task are utilized action research methods, marketing theory, organizational change management theory and focuses on the marketing of electronic media options. The analysis of the results has been used as an aid, for example, the website visitor tracking. The work has focused in particular on time January 2012 - August 2014, because at that time, for example, company has invested for online marketing.

As results have been observed, electronic media is a cost-effective way of marketing and found suitable for a small business tools and practices. As a procedure, it is recommended the continuous development and to monitor the situation and react to the changing field of electronic media. Based on the work and its results, the company will draw up a marketing strategy and planning.
