The Purpose of this thesis was to create an official online marketing channel for the Machine Contracting Eetu Tammi and create theoretical framework around it. Homepage was created using WordPress service provider. The thesis is structured answer to the question how to create a company's website as a customer-oriented marketing channel, how can websites be used to improve a company's sales and marketing, and what means responsiveness on the homepage. SOSTAC design model was used in planning of the homepage, which was used to clarify the company's current state, goals, strategy, action plan, measures, and results. The design phase of the homepage started with outlining the site using a wireframe model, and after that starting to set up pages on the WordPress. The website contains all the information the customer needs, and contact was made easy using the contact form. 4C design model was utilized to find out what does affect customer orientation and customer satisfaction. The company's sales and marketing are based on satisfying the customer's needs and wishes before the company's own interests, which was the reason to choose that design model.
