Processes based on genuine and open challenges help in developing many personal characteristics, skills, knowledge and attitudes. Innovation competence consists of a large amount of expertise. One person does not need to have all of this, as innovations are best created in multidisciplinary teams and networks. A dream team will be able to effectively utilise all of its expertise!
