The Government Resolution on the Cultural Heritage Strategy provides the first broad analysis cultural heritage in Finland: cultural heritage is everywhere and it is part of everyone’s life. Cultural heritage can be tangible, intangible or digital, or it can be related to a cultural or natural environment.

The Strategy, which is included in the Programme of Prime Minister Sanna Marin's Government, seeks to outline the implementation of cultural heritage policy, paying attention to the diversity of cultural heritage and the conservation, development and use of cultural heritage as a resource for society.
